Orders & Customisation
Send us your reference images via WhatsApp, along with your budget, colour preferences, delivery date and area. We'll reply with a quote. Once you confirm, you pay a deposit and we'll craft your bouquet. In short: share your vision → we quote → you confirm → we deliver.
Payment Methods
We accept PayMe, FPS (Faster Payment System), and bank transfer. After confirming your order, we'll send payment details via WhatsApp.
Delivery
Yes, subject to flower availability and schedule. Orders placed before 10am may be delivered the same afternoon. We recommend ordering at least one day ahead for best results.

Follow these tips to keep your flowers looking fresh and beautiful longer
Trim the Stems
Cut stems at a 45° angle (about 2cm) upon receiving to improve water absorption.
Change Water Regularly
Replace water and add flower food every 1–2 days to keep it clean and nourishing.
Avoid Direct Sunlight
Place flowers in a cool, ventilated spot away from direct sun and heat sources.
Remove Dead Leaves
Regularly remove leaves below the waterline and wilted petals to prevent bacteria.
Keep Away from Fruit
Fruits release ethylene gas which accelerates wilting—keep them separated.
Mist Gently
Occasionally mist petals with a light spray to keep them hydrated and dewy.
