Orders & customisation

Send reference images on WhatsApp with your budget, colour preferences, delivery date and area. We'll reply with a quote. Once you confirm, pay the deposit and we'll make your bouquet. In short: share your idea → we quote → you confirm → we deliver.

Payment

Online checkout accepts major credit and debit cards (via Stripe). We also take PayMe, FPS and bank transfer—details are usually shared on WhatsApp after we confirm your order.

Delivery & pickup

Sometimes—subject to stock and our schedule. Order early (e.g. before 10 a.m.) for the best chance of same-day service. When in doubt, message us first.

Simple steps to help your bouquet stay fresh longer

Trim the stems

On arrival, cut stems at a 45° angle (about 2 cm) so they drink well.

Change the water

Replace water and add flower food every 1–2 days.

Avoid strong sun

Keep the bouquet cool, with airflow, away from direct sun and heat.

Remove tired foliage

Strip leaves below the waterline and remove wilted petals to reduce bacteria.

Keep away from fruit

Ripening fruit gives off ethylene, which speeds wilting—keep bouquets separate.

Mist lightly

A fine mist on petals can help them look fresh (don't soak the blooms).
